What is the minimum term for a website maintenance agreement contract?

Initial  website maintenance agreements  are for one month and three months thereafter.

How do I know how many hours our website will need?

If you are unsure of the time needed to make required updates each month please contact us and describe the typical updates your website requires each month.
If you have updates that are required on a daily basis simply estimate the time required and times this by 20.

I have run out of hours for this month, what happens now?

When additional time is required we will notify you with the cost, including contracted discount for subsequent hours.

What happens at weekends?

Depending on your contract's 'Schedule preference', updates required before Monday must be received no later than mid-day Saturday. We only undertake work on Sundays in extreme circumstances.

My website requires daily changes, is this possible?

Yes under the 24hr/priority 'Schedule preference' updates are done the same day.

The following packages offer our website maintenance services at discounted rates when paid yearly in advance.
Each package can be customised to meet your individual requirements.

*Updates completed within this timeframe normal working week days > Monday to Friday <   excluding weekends and bank holidays in the time span, e.g. email us up date on a Friday on Premium plan the work will be completed by Tuesday unless you accept  our urgent updates weekend work fee structure.

**Discounted cost based on a 12 month web maintenance plan paid yearly in advance.

We do not add VAT to any of our costs.
