A new fund has been launched aimed at helping business growth in Gwynedd.

The North West Wales Local Investment Fund (LIF) will provide grant funding of up to £5,000 to help small and medium size businesses (SMEs) within the region.

The LIF provides grant support ranging from £1,000 to £5,000, based on 40% of the project costs.

Eligible capital projects could include:

•Capital equipment including ICT equipment

•Development of websites

•External and internal building works and alterations
